Elsie’s vision for EL-Mandate is to be the premier financial advisory firm in the region, providing stellar products and services to under-represented market segments. For example, Elsie believes that the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) segment remains under-served, with access to less sophisticated financial solutions and lower quality aftercare when compared to their MNC brethren. Elsie aims to change the landscape for these under-represented segments, providing tailored financial solutions with a personal touch, regardless of the type or background of the client.
Over the years, Elsie has mentored and coached numerous financial advisors. She believes in grooming and developing a team of responsible and competent financial advisors who can provide responsive, quality-led support to meet the needs of the firm’s growing clientele base.
